I am author or co-author of twelve cookbooks, most recently The Microbrew Lover's Cookbook and West Coast Seafood: The Complete Cookbook, and publisher of the online seafood newsletter The Seafood Monitor.

I teach cooking classes from coast to coast on a variety of topics, with a particular passion for fish and shellfish. Follow the links here for information about upcoming classes, or to learn about corporate team-building classes.
